To celebrate one of my oldest and dearest friends birthday, I baked her a Chocolate Cake with Chocolate Ganache Icing for her birthday.

It's been awhile...but with planning my own wedding, I did not have any time for baking...and i missed it..SO MUCH!  Finally back in the kitchen, and I'm SO happy...

Today is my first day back at work and I have loads to catch up on after being on leave for 1 week...so sad! I knew it would be a battle getting stuck in, so i decided to bake some Lindt Brownies last night to make the transition easier :)
