My Colleague and friend celebrated her 26th birthday yesterday...HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! She is crazy about anything lemon...so I found a delicious Lemon Cake recipe contains lemon juice, lemon rind and lemon curd...hopefully it's enough lemon for her :)
