About me

It took me about 32 years to realise what my passion in life is...and finally I found it...Baking! So last year after searching and researching numerous Pastry Schools, I registered at Capsicum Culinary Studio and I haven't looked back.

I graduated From Capsicum on 30 March 2011 and I am now a QUALIFIED Patisserie (Pastry) Chef.

I have always enjoyed spoiling loved ones with baked goods when they're down or just because...no reason required :)  I think the love of baking was passed on to me from my mother, Glynis, who always baked for the family on birthdays. and special occasions. I still remember that delicious Milk Tart...not to mention her Apple cake...yum!
